	Login
	Please login to our system using the first part of your e-mail address before the "@" character as the user ID and your e-mail password as the password. Example: If your e-mail address is smithj@lamission.edu use user ID smithj and your e-mail password to logon to our system.

	Create A New Request
	Use this link to send any work request to the Plant Facilities office. If additional approval for your request is required the Plant Facilities Office Staff will route your request to the appropriate approver. If you are in doubt about a request you may submit it and Plant Facilities Office personnel will let you know if their department is capable of completing it.

	View Active Requests
	Use this screen to view all requests you have submitted that have not been marked as completed or ineligible for completion by Plant Facilities. You may send notes to Plant Facilities on any active request.

	View Completed Requests
	Use this screen to view all requests you have submitted that have been marked as completed or ineligible for completion by Plant Facilities. This list contains all completed requests for the past 6 months.

	View Requests Pending Your Approval
	Use this screen to view all requests e-mailed to you that need either further information from you or your approval. You may click on links on this page to submit that information or approval.
